TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Java Pixels Media! These terms and conditions outline the services we provide, your rights and responsibilities, and the terms under which we offer our photography services. By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Java Pixels Media offers professional photography and videography services including, but not limited to, portraits, events, sports, branding, and photo/video editing.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after we receive a retainer (50%) of the total session fee.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the shoot/event unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Payments can be made via PayPal

  • All payments are non-refundable unless the session is canceled by us.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the session. In such cases, you will be refunded the deposit.

 

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

  • Java Pixels Media retains copyright of all images taken during the session.

  • You receive a license to use the images for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use requires written permission.

  • We may use images taken during the session for promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio, website, social media). If you prefer not to have your photos used, please inform us in writing.

 

5. Image Delivery

  • Edited photos will be delivered within [insert time period, e.g., 2-4 weeks] after the session.

  • All photos are delivered in digital format, via [Pixieset, Google drive, e.g., online gallery,  or USB drive].

  • Prints, albums, or other physical products are available upon request for an additional fee.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all participants are on time and ready for the shoot.

  • Any location permissions, permits, or fees are your responsibility.

  • You are also responsible for the behavior of your guests during the session.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take great care in the process of photography, we are not liable for any damages, loss, or injury that may occur during the session or while using the images.

  • We are not responsible for missed or incorrect shots due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, unexpected delays, technical issues).

 

8. Changes to Terms

  • Java Pixels Media reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes before booking a session.
