REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Java Pixels Media. We strive to provide excellent service, and we want to ensure you are clear about our refund policy.

1. Retainer Fees

• A retainer (deposit) is required to secure your booking with us. The retainer amount is non-refundable.

• However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, the retainer can be applied to a future booking within [insert time period, e.g., 12 months] of the original booking date.

2. Cancellations by Client

• If you cancel your session, the retainer will not be refunded but can be used for a future session.

• If you reschedule your session, the retainer will remain valid for the new booking date.

3. Cancellations by Photographer/Videographer

• If Java Pixels Media cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasons, the full retainer will be refunded to you.

• If we reschedule due to an emergency, we will make every effort to find a new time that works for you.

4. Final Payment

• The remaining balance for the session must be paid before or day of shoot/session. If not paid on time, the session may be canceled, and the retainer will not be refunded.
