Cancellation Policy
By booking a session with Java Pixels Media, the client agrees to the following terms: 1. Photo Alterations: The client will not alter any photos provided. 2. Payment: A retainer fee is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. The retainer is non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking. 3. Liability: The photographer is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the session. 4. Additional Services: Additional edits and props are available for an extra fee.* 5. Rights: Java Pixels Media reserves the right to use all photos and videos for portfolio purposes, including but not limited to sharing on social media platforms. 6. Extra guests: Clients are allowed to bring 1 guest, 16 years old or older, to assist with session. Due to limited apace, minors who are not being photographed are not able to come. 7. Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. If a client cancels after the 24 hour notice window or is a no show, there is a $10 fee and client may not be able to book in the future. Thank you for your understanding!
